Addict Sport Nutrition Raw Boost Pre-Workout in Blue Ice flavour is a powder blend designed for use before training. Each 5g scoop provides a transparent composition without unnecessary additives, built around a carefully selected combination of amino acids, plant extract and vitamins — so you always know exactly what you're taking before heading to the gym.
The formula contains beta-alanine (2.500mg), taurine (400mg), L-tyrosine (400mg), L-arginine (350mg) and L-citrulline (50mg), together with 200mg of caffeine per serving. Piperine from black pepper extract rounds off the blend with 15mg per serving.
Raw Boost Pre-Workout comes in the form of an easily dissolving powder, with a refreshing Blue Ice flavour, in a 300g tub providing 60 servings. It is intended for athletes as part of a varied and balanced diet and an active lifestyle.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 scoop (5g) diluted in 150ml of water or your favourite drink 30 minutes before training.
