A supplement dropshipping supplier for retailers across Europe
Dropply is a wholesaler that works by dropshipping: you hold no stock and tie up no capital. You list the products in your shop, and we handle everything after that.
When an order comes in, you send it to us through the API, as a CSV file or from the portal. We buy the goods, our fulfilment centre picks and packs them, and the carrier delivers to your end customer. The parcel is neutral: nothing points to us, and nothing points to the wholesaler the goods came from.
We sell to businesses only. A valid EU VAT number is required, and we invoice with the reverse charge procedure.
B2B supplement wholesale — what is in the catalogue
6,500+ products in stock from 150+ brands: protein, creatine, amino acids, pre-workout, vitamins, minerals, omega-3, collagen, probiotics and herbal extracts.
Stock levels are updated hourly from the warehouse. When an item sells out it leaves your feed before a customer can order it — not after you have failed to deliver.
Every product carries its ingredient list, allergens, nutrition facts, directions, warnings and storage instructions. Those are the details your shop is legally required to show.
Dropship supplements to Germany from €5.90
Germany is our first market and has the cheapest shipping: from €5.90 for a parcel up to 1 kg, delivered in four to five working days.
There is no minimum order. A single tub is as welcome as a pallet, and you never pay for warehouse space you are not using.
Product feeds for WooCommerce, Shopify and Google Shopping
You get one address per format and language. Paste it into WooCommerce, Shopify or your own system — there are no columns to map, because we use the field names the importer already looks for.
The feed carries title, description, images, brand, category, form, net content, ingredients, allergens, directions, warnings, EAN, price, stock and weight.
You set your own selling price. We never require a minimum.

All 25 EU countries we ship to. A country not listed cannot be chosen when you register.
Pickup point applies when your order carries a delivery point id. Without one we ship to the address. A dash means no pickup service in that country or weight band.
How dropshipping works
Who invoices the end customer?
You do. The end customer is your customer: you make the sale, you issue the invoice, you account for the VAT. We invoice you, with the reverse charge procedure.
What is on the parcel?
A neutral sender — no Dropply branding on the parcel or the delivery note, and nothing pointing to the wholesaler the goods were bought from. Shipping under your own name is available on request for larger volumes.
How long does delivery take?
Four to five working days to Central Europe, five to eight to the rest of the EU. That is an estimate and not a guarantee — carriers run late, and we would rather promise less.
How does an order reach you?
Through the API, as a CSV file, or by hand in the portal. You send the items and the delivery address; we confirm, buy the goods and send the status and tracking number back.
Is the stock level real?
Yes. Stock comes from the warehouse and is refreshed hourly. Items that sell out leave the feed.
Who handles returns?
You do, towards your customer. If goods arrive damaged, lost or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with photographs and we choose between a credit, a replacement or a refund. Opened supplements are never taken back.
Are the product texts compliant?
Product texts and ingredient lists in your language use the EU-authorised wording for health claims and additives, checked by our own regulatory engine before they reach your feed.
Are any products restricted by country?
Almost none. We block an order in one case only, and it is the one we have established: melatonin at 10 mg or more to Germany and France. Other products that contain a regulated substance are marked "Restricted: verify locally" in the catalogue and the feed — they stay in your assortment, they can be ordered, and it is for you to decide whether you may sell them where you sell. We are a wholesaler, not a regulator, and we do not take a product away from you on a suspicion we cannot document.
Businesses only
Dropply sells to businesses. A valid EU VAT number is required and is checked against VIES when you apply and periodically thereafter. Invoices are issued with the reverse charge procedure.
