The questions that come up most often, and where to reach us.
Talk to a person
Write to us and a person answers — usually within one working day, always within two. Tell us your order number if it is about an order.
How do I choose a plan?
Open Plan in the menu. You pick a plan, your card is saved, and nothing is charged during the trial — the page shows the exact number of days that apply to your account.
You can change plan whenever you like; a change takes effect from your next period, and we never charge two plans for the same month.
How do I top up my balance?
Open Balance in the menu. Orders are paid from a prepaid balance — there is no credit, and the balance never goes below zero.
An order that costs more than you have is stopped before it is created, and we email you how much is short. Nothing is charged for a stopped order.
Which feed should I use?
WooCommerce: use the woocommerce file. Shopify: use the shopify file — or its numbered parts if you are importing by hand, because the Shopify upload box stops at 15 MB.
Any other system: use the Dropply CSV. Google Shopping: use the XML.
For the nightly update use the small stock and price file instead of the full feed. It is 195 kB rather than 24 MB and imports in minutes rather than hours.
How do I place an order?
Three ways, and they are equal: by hand under Orders, by uploading a CSV, or through the Order API.
You do not need the API. It exists for shops that want orders to flow automatically; if you place orders by hand or by CSV you never have to touch it.
Test mode works before you have a plan and before you have a balance, so you can build and check an integration without spending anything.
What does shipping cost?
One fee per country and weight band, listed in full under Shipping. It is charged on the order together with the goods.
What you charge your own customer for delivery is yours to decide.
Where is my parcel?
The tracking number appears on your order under Orders as soon as the warehouse has handed the parcel over, and we email it to you at the same time.
Delivery takes 5–8 working days. Until the parcel leaves the warehouse there is no tracking number to show.
What does my accountant get?
One invoice per calendar month, created automatically after the month ends and at the latest on the 15th of the month after it. It is emailed to you as a PDF and a CSV, and both stay in the portal under Invoices.
The invoice shows every order line — EAN, description, quantity, unit price, shipping as its own line per order, and your own order id. VAT is 0 % with the Article 138 reverse-charge basis stated on the document, and there is nothing to pay: each order was settled from your balance when you placed it.
A top-up is not a supply, so it gets a receipt and not an invoice — booking it as a purchase invoice would count the same money twice. And the Balance page carries the full history with a date filter and a CSV download: top-ups, orders, refunds and the balance after every row.
I cancelled an order. Do I get a credit note?
If the order was already on an invoice, yes: a credit note that refers to that invoice by number, as a PDF and a CSV, emailed to you and listed under the invoice it corrects.
If you cancelled before the invoice for that month was issued, no — the order is simply never invoiced, so there is nothing to credit. Either way the money is back on your balance straight away.
Can I sell every product to every country?
Almost. A few products may not be shipped to a few countries — a dose that is classed as a medicine there, for example. Your feed never contains a product that is blocked in your own market.
Your shop sells across the EU, though, so every feed carries a blocked_countries field listing the countries a product still cannot be sent to. Read it when you build the order: an order to a blocked country is rejected, and by then your customer has already paid you.
