Natural Vitality CALM®'s proprietary formula: pH-balanced Magnesium Citrate in ionic form (formed from Citric Acid and Magnesium Carbonate), Organic Flavor, Organic Stevia Leaf Extract.

Other ingredients: Citric Acid, Organic Lemon Flavor, Organic Raspberry Flavor with other natural flavors, Organic Stevia Leaf Extract.

Usage & Dosage

Individual needs may vary; recommended use is half a teaspoon (1 g) daily, up to 2 teaspoons (4 g). For best results, split the daily amount into 2 or 3 servings per day, with or without food.

Preparation: pour the powder into a glass or mug and add about 2–3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until fully dissolved. Top up with warm or cold water and enjoy. Alternatively, Natural Vitality CALM® can be added directly to a glass or bottle of cold water.
