Ingredients

Natural Vitality CALM® is a highly absorbable, proprietary formulation of pH-balanced magnesium citrate in ionic form (created from citric acid and magnesium carbonate). Other Ingredients: Citric Acid.

Usage & Dosage

Daily amount: approximately half a teaspoon (1 g) up to 2 teaspoons (4 g). For best results, split the daily amount into 2 or 3 servings per day, with or without food. FOR FASTEST PREPARATION: Pour the powder into a glass or mug; add approximately 2–3 oz of warm water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Top up with warm or cold water and enjoy. You can also simply add Natural Vitality CALM® to a glass or bottle of cold water.

Warnings
