Usage & Dosage

Serving size: half a teaspoon (1 g) up to two level teaspoons (4 g) per day. Pour the powder into a glass or mug and add 2–3 oz of hot or cold water. Let it fizz and stir until dissolved and clear. Fill the rest of the glass with hot or cold water. Enjoy with or without food.
