About Rule One | Rule1 – Essential Amino 9, Grape – 345g
Rule One Essential Amino 9 gives you all nine essential amino acids (EAAs) that the body cannot produce on its own. Each 11.5g scoop provides a complete EAA profile including 5g of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) — 2.5g L-Leucine, 1.25g L-Isoleucine and 1.25g L-Valine — together with six additional essential amino acids.
Essential Amino 9 also contains the R1 Electrolyte Blend — a 500mg combination of Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride and Magnesium Oxide. Each serving provides 160mg sodium and 460mg chloride.
Essential Amino 9 comes in the refreshing Grape flavour and mixes easily with cold water or your beverage of choice. Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 scoop with 8–12 oz. of cold water or your favourite beverage. Consume during or after training. On non-training days, the product can be taken at any time for extra recovery and hydration support.
