Rule One Pump is a stimulant-free pre-workout powder in Grape flavour. Each container contains 30 servings and is designed to mix easily into water or a sports drink and be taken before training.

Each scoop contains 3,000 mg L-Citrulline, 1,000 mg patented Nitrosigine® (Inositol-Arginine Silicate), 2,000 mg Taurine, plus additional ingredients including Pine Bark Extract, Whole Grape Extract and L-Norvaline. The formula also contains the unique botanical blend S7™ and AstraGin® (a combination of Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng root extracts).

Rule One Pump contains no stimulants, making it a flexible choice for athletes who prefer to train at any time of day or who want to manage their caffeine intake separately. The formula is free from milk, soy and gluten, and is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility to ensure consistent quality and purity.

Ingredients

L-Citrulline, Nitrosigine® (Inositol-Arginine Silicate), Taurine, Whole Grape Extract, L-Norvaline, Pine Bark Extract, S7™ Blend (Whole Coffee Fruit Extract, Blueberry, Broccoli, Kale, Tart Cherry, Turmeric, Green Coffee Bean Extract), AstraGin® (Astragalus membranaceus and Panax notoginseng root extracts), citric acid, natural and artificial flavours, malic acid, silicon dioxide, sucralose, acesulfame K, FD&C Red 40.

Usage & Dosage

Mix one (1) scoop with 240–360 ml (8–12 oz) of cold water or your favourite sports drink and take before training. Best taken approximately 15–20 minutes before training.
