Rule One Energized Amino in Blue Raspberry is an amino acid powder for active adults. Each serving contains a blend of amino acids — including the branched-chain amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine — combined with L-Glutamine, L-Citrulline, Taurine and additional essential amino acids.

Each scoop contains 120 mg caffeine naturally sourced from Tea Leaf Extract and Green Coffee Bean Extract. The formula also contains Beta-Alanine, an amino acid often found in performance-focused supplements.

Supplied as a Blue Raspberry-flavoured powder with 30 servings per 270 g container, Energized Amino mixes easily with cold water. As with all supplements, it is intended to complement — not replace — a varied and balanced diet.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 (one) scoop with 8–12 oz. (approx. 240–360 ml) cold water. Consume before or during training. Combine with a balanced diet and regular exercise. Alternative uses: use instead of coffee in the morning, before a long study session, or try a double serving before a workout.
