Rule One Burn is a multi-ingredient powder formula, developed to complement an active lifestyle. Each serving contains a precisely dosed blend of L-Carnitine Tartrate, L-Tyrosine, Taurine and a 200 mg caffeine complex from multiple sources — including delayed-release caffeine (zümXR®).
The formula also contains a range of plant extracts: decaffeinated extracts of green tea and green coffee bean, CapsiMax® capsicum fruit extract, grains of paradise extract (Aframomum melegueta) and grapefruit seed extract, as well as BioPerine® black pepper fruit extract.
Available in a refreshing Snow Cone flavour, each 210 g package provides 30 servings (7 g per scoop), making it a convenient daily supplement alongside regular exercise and a balanced, nutritious diet.

Usage & Dosage
Mix one (1) scoop of Burn with 8–12 oz of cold water. Consume immediately. Take before meals or cardio sessions, preferably on an empty stomach. For best results, combine with regular exercise and a sensible, nutritious diet plan.
