Rule One Burn Capsules is a multi-ingredient dietary supplement, designed to complement an active lifestyle. Usage & Dosage

Take two (2) capsules with 8–12 oz water. Take before meals or cardio training, preferably on an empty stomach. Combine with a balanced diet and regular exercise. Do not exceed two servings (4 capsules) per day.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. This product is intended for healthy adults only. Do not use if you are under 18 years of age, pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Consult your physician before use if you are taking any medications or have any medical condition. Stop using the product two weeks before surgery. Each serving contains approximately 200 mg of caffeine, comparable to approximately two cups of coffee; do not combine with alcohol or other caffeinated products, and do not exceed two servings daily. Too much caffeine can cause nervousness, irritability, insomnia, and occasionally heart palpitations. Exercise can increase your fluid needs, so drink plenty of water to stay well hydrated. Discontinue use if you experience any side effects or unusual symptoms.
