Usage & Dosage
Mix approximately one (1) scoop (about 25.5 g) of Clear Whey Isolate with 12–16 oz. (355–473 ml) of ice-cold water in a shaker. Let it sit for a few seconds to allow the foam to settle. Use before or after training, or any time.
