Rule One Lean in Guava Lemonade is a refreshing, low-calorie powder formula, designed to complement an active lifestyle. Usage & Dosage
Mix one (1) scoop of Lean™ with 8–12 oz (approximately 240–360 ml) of cold water. Take before meals or cardio sessions, preferably on an empty stomach. Combine with a balanced diet and regular exercise.
