Usage & Dosage

Mix about two heaping scoops (325 g) of Mass Gainer with approximately 22–24 oz. (651–710 ml) of water, milk or your favorite beverage in a blender or large shaker. Use after training, between meals or before bed. Blend for about 45–60 seconds.
