Rule One Roar is a pre-workout powder designed to support your training preparation, with a combination of amino acids, electrolytes, B vitamins and caffeine from natural sources. Designed for adults who train with purpose, each serving delivers a transparent, fully disclosed formula in a fresh Peach Mango flavour — no hidden proprietary blends.

Each serving provides 2g L-Citrulline, 500mg L-Arginine, 1,2g CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine and 175mg caffeine from Green Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Extracts — equivalent to about two cups of strong coffee. The formula also contains a 350mg Electrolyte Blend — with Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Citrate and Magnesium Oxide.

One tub of Rule One Roar contains 30 servings (315g / 11,11 oz). Simply mix one scoop with cold water and enjoy about 30–45 minutes before training. It also works well combined with other unflavoured powders like BCAA, glutamine or pump formulas for a customisable pre-workout combination.

Usage & Dosage

R1 Roar is best consumed about 30–45 minutes before training. Add one (1) scoop to 240–360 ml (8–12 oz) cold water and stir or shake until well mixed. Do not exceed two (2) servings within a 24-hour period. Alternative usage suggestion: Unflavoured supplement powders like R1 Pump, BCAA or glutamine can easily be added to the mix above. Total caffeine content: Each serving contains approximately 175 mg caffeine, equivalent to about 2 cups of strong coffee.
