Rule One Roar is a pre-workout powder designed to support your training sessions from the very first scoop. Each serving is formulated with a blend of amino acids, electrolytes, B vitamins and 175 mg caffeine from green coffee beans and tea extract.

Key active ingredients include 2 g L-Citrulline, 1,2 g CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine and 1 g Creatine Monohydrate per serving, along with L-Arginine, Taurine, L-Tyrosine and Betaine Anhydrous. A dedicated Electrolyte Blend of 350 mg — containing Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Citrate and Magnesium Oxide — is included in every serving.

Usage & Dosage

Roar should be taken approximately 30–45 minutes before training. Add one (1) scoop to 8–12 oz of cold water and stir or shake until well mixed. Do not exceed two (2) servings within a 24-hour period. Alternative usage suggestion: Unflavoured supplement powders such as R1 Pump, BCAA or glutamine can easily be added to the mixture above.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. This product is intended for healthy adults only. Do not use if you are under 18 years of age, pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding. Consult your physician before use if you are taking any medications or have any medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks before surgery. Each serving contains approximately 175 mg caffeine, equivalent to about two cups of strong coffee, and 1,2 g beta-alanine. Do not combine with alcohol, other caffeinated products, or exceed two servings daily. Too much caffeine can cause nervousness, irritability, insomnia, and occasionally heart palpitations. Beta-alanine may cause a temporary tingling or flushing sensation. Exercise can increase your fluid needs, so drink plenty of water to stay well hydrated. Discontinue use if you experience any side effects or unusual symptoms.
