Rule One Roar is a pre-workout powder in a convenient, mixable powder format, containing L-Citrulline, CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine, Creatine Monohydrate, Taurine and a targeted electrolyte blend. The Wild Grape flavour delivers a powerful, refreshing taste.
The electrolyte blend consists of Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Potassium Citrate and Magnesium Oxide.

Usage & Dosage
Mix one (1) scoop with 8–12 oz cold water. Consume 30–45 minutes before exercise. Do NOT exceed two (2) servings within a 24-hour period. Alternative use: Unflavoured dietary supplement powders such as R1 Pump, BCAA or glutamine can easily be added to the mixture above.
