R1 Whey Blend from Rule One Proteins is a multi-stage whey protein formula. Each scoop delivers 24g protein from a blend of whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and hydrolyzed whey protein isolate — giving you fast, medium-fast and extra-fast absorbing protein fractions in one and the same serving.
With 11g naturally occurring essential amino acids (EAA) and 5g naturally occurring BCAA per serving, R1 Whey Blend offers a well-balanced amino acid profile. The Vanilla Ice Cream flavor is smooth, easy to mix and delicious whether shaken with water, mixed with milk or stirred into your favorite drink.

Usage & Dosage
Mix approximately one scoop with 6–8 oz cold water, milk or your favorite drink in a shaker or a glass with a spoon. Use before or after training, or as a snack any time.
