Rule One Active BCAA is an amino acid formula. Each 13.5 g serving contains 5 g BCAA (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine). With 30 servings per tub in a fresh Fruit Punch flavour, it's a convenient addition to an active lifestyle.

The formula goes beyond BCAA by including 1.5 g L-Glutamine, 1 g L-Citrulline and Taurine, complemented by 350 mg coconut water powder and a 350 mg electrolyte blend providing sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. This powder is a well-balanced option to use during or after training.
