Rule One Active BCAA in the refreshing Watermelon flavour is a complete amino acid powder designed to support active adults during and after training. Each 13.5g scoop provides 5g BCAA (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine) together with 1.5g L-Glutamine, intended for use alongside a balanced diet and regular strength training.

The formula is also enriched with L-Citrulline and Taurine, as well as 350mg Raw Coconut Water Powder and Rule One's own R1 Electrolyte Blend (Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Magnesium Oxide).

Usage & Dosage
