Rule One's Fruits & Greens in Mixed Berry is a convenient powder for daily use, designed to help you bridge the gap between your diet and an optimal intake of fruits and vegetables. Each 6.5g scoop contains a concentrated blend of 15 powders from whole fruits and vegetables — including kale, spinach, beetroot, broccoli, wild blueberry, pomegranate and more — combined into a single, easy-to-mix serving.

The formula is complemented with Inulin from prebiotic chicory root fiber, the trademarked Spectra™ Total ORAC Blend with over 25 botanical concentrates and extracts, and DigeZyme® — a multi-enzyme complex containing alpha-amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase and lipase.
