Rule One Women's Multi is a multivitamin and mineral formula. Usage & Dosage

As a dietary supplement, take two (2) tablets daily with a meal. Taking both tablets at the same time may be simpler, but splitting the dose into two — e.g. before breakfast and before lunch or dinner — works just as well.
