Usage & Dosage
Mix about one scoop (~40 g) of Source 7 Protein with 6–8 oz. of cold water, milk or your favourite beverage in a blender, shaker cup or a glass with a spoon. For extra variety, blend with fruit or stir into cereal or yoghurt.
