Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol); Calcium (as calcium carbonate from oyster shell); Sodium; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; coating: vegetable cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium salts of fatty acids; binding agents; vegetable glycerin, carnauba wax. Contains ingredients that may cause a change in colour and appearance over time.

Directions for use:
Two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal.
