Ingredients:
Calcium (calcium citrate), bulking agents: cellulose, calcium phosphates, cross-linked cellulose gum, anti-caking agents:
magnesium salts of (vegetable) fatty acids, silicon dioxide, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, colour: titanium dioxide, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), glazing agents: glycerol (vegetable), magnesium silicate, magnesium salts of (vegetable) fatty acids.

Directions for use:
Four (4) tablets daily, preferably with a meal

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Do not use if hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Use by pregnant and breastfeeding women, and by people
taking medication, only after consulting a doctor or specialist.
