Ingredients:
Iron (iron bisglycinate), bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline vegetable cellulose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable glycerin.

Directions for use:
Half (1/2) a tablet daily.
