Ingredients:
L-lysine, bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate; glazing agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, vegetable glycerin (from rapeseed oil, palm kernel oil and coconut oil).

Directions for use:
One (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
