Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum); Shiitake (Lentinus edodes); Maitake (Grifola frondosa); capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by a doctor.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

STORAGE:

Store at room temperature in a dry, dark place, out of reach of small children. Do not use if the packaging has been damaged or the seal broken.
