powdered Red Algae (Lithothamnium calcareum) including: calcium, silica (contains silicon), bulking agent: cellulose, glazing agent: hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of (vegetable) fatty acids, bulking agent: hydroxypropylcellulose, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal.
