Directions for use:
1/2 tablet daily, preferably with a meal.
Contraindications:
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
For adults only. Pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and people taking medication or who are ill should consult a doctor before use.
Storage:
Store at room temperature in a dry, dark place, out of reach of small children. Do not use if the packaging has been damaged or the seal broken.
