Ingredients:

Standardised turmeric root extract (Curcuma longa), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, anti-caking agents: (vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), antioxidant (powdered blend of beta-carotene and ascorbic acid).

Ingredients	In a daily serving (1 capsule)
Standardised turmeric root extract	400 mg

Directions for use:

1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal or as advised by a doctor.

Contraindications:
