Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop with 10 oz (approximately 300 ml) of cold water or your beverage of choice. For best results, take one serving 30 minutes before training and another serving within 30 minutes after training. On rest days: 1 serving in the morning on an empty stomach.
