Usage & Dosage

Take 2 packs per day for 3 consecutive weeks: 1 pack upon waking and 1 pack 4–6 hours later. Each dose should be taken on an empty stomach shortly before a meal. Stay well hydrated while using the product. Follow a cycle of 3 weeks on, 1 week off. After the week off, you can run it again. To remove stimulants, remove the red capsule from each pack.

Warnings

Not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Contains caffeine. Do not use together with other caffeine-containing products. Side effects may include nervousness, irritability, headache, insomnia, gastrointestinal symptoms and, occasionally, rapid heartbeat. Consult a physician before using this product, especially if you have, or have a family history of, heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurring headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, enlarged prostate or a seizure disorder, or if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), antidepressants, or any other drug, dietary supplement, prescription medication or over-the-counter medication. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of skin/eyes (jaundice), abdominal pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or decreased appetite, and consult a healthcare provider. Rare liver damage has been reported with products containing green tea extract. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Use of this product may make skin extra sensitive to UV sources such as artificial or natural sunlight. Avoid excessive exposure from these sources. Discontinue use two weeks before surgery.
