Animal M-Stak from Universal Nutrition is a multi-nutrient training stack containing amino acids, botanical extracts and an energy complex, provided in a convenient daily pack format. Each pack contains 8 tablets and capsules, divided into four distinct complexes.

The formula contains L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine together with L-Taurine and Acetyl-L-Carnitine, as well as Panax Ginseng, Kudzu, Siberian Ginseng, Fenugreek, Cinnamon Bark Extract, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Ginger, Grapefruit and Citrus Bioflavonoids. One additional Energy Complex capsule provides approximately 193 mg of caffeine, which can be removed depending on individual tolerance and preference.

Animal M-Stak comes as 21 single-use packs, providing a full three-week cycle. It is designed to be cycled — three weeks on, one week off — in line with Animal's classic training philosophy. This structured approach makes it easy to integrate into your training schedule, on both training and rest days.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 pack every day for 21 consecutive days. On training days, take it 30–45 minutes before lifting. On rest days, take it between meals. Cycle Animal M-Stak for best results — three weeks on, one week off. Repeat as needed. The single red capsule contains the Energy Complex (stimulants) with approximately 200 mg of caffeine; remove it if desired.
