Animal Pump from Universal Nutrition is a comprehensive multi-complex pre-workout supplement, designed for serious strength athletes who demand performance without compromise. At the core of Animal Pump is 3,000 mg of Creatine Monohydrate per serving. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise — a claim approved under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Animal Pump is designed to be taken 30–45 minutes before training and is formulated to fit smoothly into both training and rest days. The stimulant capsule (the red capsule) can be left out on rest days or in the evening before training, allowing for adjustment for athletes with different training schedules and caffeine sensitivity.

Usage & Dosage

As a basic pre-workout supplement, take one pack (1 pack = 3 tablets + 6 capsules) 30–45 minutes before you train, preferably on an empty stomach. Since each pack also contains your full daily dose of creatine, take Pump every day for optimal results. On days without training, take the pack at roughly the same time you would otherwise have trained. You can remove the red capsule (stimulants) on rest days, or if you train in the evening.

Warnings

Contains caffeine. Do not use in combination with other caffeine-containing products. Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Consult a doctor before using this product. If you have, or have a family history of, heart disease, thyroid disease, liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recurring headaches, depression or other psychiatric conditions, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, prostate enlargement or seizure disorder, or if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI), antidepressant medication or other drugs, consult a doctor. Stop using the product two weeks before surgery. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not exceed recommended dose. If you have a liver disorder, consult a healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use if you experience symptoms of liver problems such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), abdominal pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite.
