Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (33 g) Animal Whey with 4–6 ounces (approx. 150–200 ml) of skimmed milk or a beverage of your choice. For best results, use a blender or an Animal Shaker Cup. On training days, use 2 or more servings after training or when more protein is needed. For more flavour, use slightly less liquid.
