Ölmühle Solling MCT oil is a combination of approx. 40% capric acid and approx. 60% caprylic acid. Both belong to the family of medium-chain fatty acids, which are widely known to be metabolised very quickly by the body. They are known for their exceptional ability to quickly provide the body with energy, without needing to be processed by the lymphatic system, reaching the liver directly.

Ölmühle Solling's MCT oil is purely mechanically extracted, giving it the highest possible quality and ensuring it meets strict organic directive requirements. Perfect for enriching smoothies, juices, shakes or salad dressings.
