DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

2 - 4 capsules daily, 2 capsules with a meal, washed down with water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Pregnant and breastfeeding women should take up to 450 mg of EPA and DHA daily. Do not use in case of allergy to crustaceans.

*Krill oil has a blood-thinning effect. People taking anticoagulant medication should consult a doctor before taking the product.
