DESCRIPTION:

Zinc is one of the essential trace elements and performs countless functions in the horse's body. It is one of the more important minerals involved in cellular metabolism.

Zinc in tablet form works well for all horses in which a deficiency has been diagnosed. Due to its ability to mobilise the body's natural immune defences, zinc is also used in horses with respiratory infections, allergies or RAO.

Horses recovering from injuries or surgery will also benefit from introducing zinc into their diet. Zinc is also worth using in horses with coat shedding problems, i.e. for example older individuals or those with metabolic disorders. Horses subjected to heavy loads such as sport training, pregnancy or lactation show an increased demand for zinc.

INGREDIENTS:

Composition: calcium carbonate, carrots, corn starch, beetroot.

Analytical constituents: crude protein 12.5%, crude fat 1.0%, crude ash 56.6%, crude fibre 2.3%, calcium 17.9%, sodium 0.3%, phosphorus 0.2%, methionine <0.1%.

Zinc chelate of protein hydrolysates, hydrate (3b612)	52 300 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Administer for a period of up to 8 weeks.

Due to the high zinc content, the recommended daily portion must not exceed 0.23% of the daily feed ration.

Excessive zinc intake should be avoided in growing foals and pregnant mares. A balanced daily ration composition must be ensured.

Recreational horses (600 kg)	10 tablets
Sport horses	12-15 tablets
Smaller breeds, ponies and donkeys	6-8 tablets
