Note: do not exceed a total daily intake of 5 g EPA and DHA combined.

Fish oil is very sensitive and prone to oxidation - it should not be heated. Use only with cold dishes. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important for maintaining good health. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Food supplements should be stored
out of reach of small children.

Storage conditions: before opening, protect the product from direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place. After opening, store in the fridge and use within a short time.
