DESCRIPTION:

Strong, fresh and sharp eucalyptus oil, steam-distilled from the plant's blue-green leaves, cleanses, revives and strengthens mind and body, most commonly used to relieve congestion and soothe muscle pain.

COMPOSITION:

100% eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus) leaf oil from organic cultivation

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

In a vaporiser: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix into the water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply directly to the skin.
