DESCRIPTION:

Fresh, green and resinous - like a walk through a pine forest, our cypress oil is steam-distilled from the leaves and twigs of a tall, cone-shaped evergreen tree. Soothing for the emotions and widely used in meditation, associated with renewal and transition, it also has astringent properties that may benefit the skin and the body's internal systems.

COMPOSITION:

100% pure Cupressus sempervirens (cypress) leaf oil

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

In a vaporiser: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix into the water.
