DESCRIPTION:

Gently sweet yet crisp and zesty, this essential oil is pressed from lemon peel, lifting the spirits and gently energising the mind while cleansing the body as an effective immunity booster, leaving a feeling of purity and satisfaction.

COMPOSITION:

100% pure Citrus Limon (Lemon) oil

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

In a vaporiser: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix into the water.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply directly to the skin.
