DESCRIPTION:

A sweet yet sharp lemony aroma with a herbal note - lemongrass essential oil, steam-distilled from the leaves and stalks of the tropical grass, lifts the mood. It is also a powerful circulation stimulant, able to ease muscular and abdominal discomfort, and works wonderfully on a sluggish digestive system.

COMPOSITION:

100% pure oil from Cymbopogon citratus (lemongrass) leaves

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

In a vaporiser: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix into the water.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply directly to the skin.
