DESCRIPTION:

Blue chamomile is often used to make a soothing herbal tea and is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. This type of chamomile takes its name from the dark blue oil extracted from the flowers of the plant. This chamomile is non-irritating and non-sensitising, making it ideal for preparations that soothe skin inflammation (eczema and psoriasis). It can also help after exercise or muscle injury.
