DESCRIPTION:

Ideal for massage or bath blends.

Excellent for skin care.

Ideal for use in the Aroma Spa diffuser.

INGREDIENTS:

- lavender: 100% oil Lavandula angustifolia (lavender),

- tea tree: 100% leaf oil Melaleuca alternifolia (tea tree),

- eucalyptus: 100% leaf oil Eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

In a vaporiser: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner.

Inhalation: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.)

For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil.

Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix into the water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply directly to the skin. Not for children under 5 years of age.

Consult your doctor before using essential oils during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of small children.
