DESCRIPTION:

Basil in its original form is best known for being part of Italian cuisine. However, this sweet, fresh herb has beneficial properties that go far beyond its tasty pasta aroma.

COMPOSITION:

100% Basil essential oil (Ocimum basilicum) – ethically harvested basil.
Naturally occurring allergens: eugenol, limonene and linalool.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

In a vaporiser: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix into the water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply directly to the skin.
