TISSERAND AROMATHERAPY Cardamom Ethically Harvested Oil (30 ml / 1 fl. oz.)

DESCRIPTION:

Cardamom essential oil is extracted from the fragrant seeds of the Elettaria Cardamomum plant, native to India. Aromatherapy practice uses this oil in a very similar way. This soothing oil may help ease stomach cramps and indigestion.

COMPOSITION:

100% cardamom seed oil (Elettaria cardamomum) - ethically harvested cardamom.
Naturally occurring allergens: citral, geraniol, limonene and linalool.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

In a vaporiser: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix into the water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply directly to the skin.
