TISSERAND AROMATHERAPY Ginger Organic Oil (30 ml / 1 fl. oz.)

DESCRIPTION:

Intensely deep, warm and spicy, this ginger oil is steam-distilled from the rhizome or “fleshy roots” of the plant and can help energise and warm the body and mind. Physically, it acts as a deeply soothing agent for the digestive system, and may help ease tired, aching muscles and improve circulation.

COMPOSITION:

100% pure oil from the root of Zingiber officinale (ginger)
Naturally occurring allergens: citral, linalool.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

In a vaporiser: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to a vaporiser or burner. Inhalation: add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapours for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil. Mix into the water.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not apply directly to the skin.
