Usage & Dosage
5.4kg size: Mix 300g (approximately two level scoops of 250ml; scoop included in the bag) with 700ml water in a shaker or blender. Consume between meals, 20–30 minutes after training, or 45–60 minutes before bed. Recommended consumption is one 300g serving per day. When starting out, begin with half the amount and gradually increase to a full serving.
Warnings
This product is a food supplement and should be used alongside food as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, not as a substitute for it. Not suitable for persons under 18 years of age. Once mixed, consume the drink immediately and do not let it stand. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise; the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g creatine.

Storage
